Free Style
Any recurve bow which can be fitted with a sight, stabilisers, pressure button, and is shot off the fingers, can be used. The arrow can be of any type.

Bare Bow 
As the name implies, any bow can be used as long as it is “Bare”. No sights or stabiliser can be used only a pressure button may be used, however this must NOT be adjustable. Any type of arrow can be used. String Walking and Face Walking is allowed.

Traditional 
Again the bow must be bare, even the pressure button is not allowed. The arrows must be wooden, and only the fingers must be used in the loose. String walking and face walking is NOT allowed.

Longbow 
The bow is of course a longbow. Like traditional the arrows must be wooden and no face or string walking is allowed. The American longbow is not allowed, however you may use a bow like this in any other styles.

Compound Unlimited
This is the class that is free of many of the restrictions in other styles. Any sight is allowed :- peep, scope or pin, Any type of stabiliser can be used. You can also us an “Over draw Device”. Any type of arrow may be used and the use of a mechanical release is permitted. The bow must be “Hand Held”.

Compound Limited 
Any compound bow that is fitted with a standard sight, stabilisers and is shot off the fingers.
